Currys were flavourful, meats were tender, however the meat to sauce ratio was small for the price.

Excellent food - finally a North Toronto East Indian after Pukka Pukka departed. Very large (generous) portions.

Today I went on a date night with my girlfriend and we chose Mehfill as we often do, we arrived around 6:45pm. It's was as great as it always is! We got Chana masala, two garlic naan, papadam, plain rice and water. Everything was delicious and the Chana masala was appropriately spicy. The faint notes of cinnamon from the plan rice is always very appetizing. Real homemade naan with hand chopped and spread garlic. Perfect! Our server Rohid M was fantastic, friendly and attentive. She deserves a raise!

The tandoori chicken would be better if it included some breast meat as the other part of the half chicken. Taste was good.
The garlic naan bread was too wet oily.
Price could be better value.

Ordered butter chicken, chicken biryani, saag paneer, tandoori chicken and one other dish and rice for take out. Two items not included. We called to confirm and they asked us to pick up - then made us wait for 10 mins in restaurant for food that was already bagged and ready to go - cold. No apologies. Butter chicken tasty. Saag very tasty but not much paneer. Garlic naan overpowering. Rice over priced. Biryani not flavourful. We’d try again but given the service was poor, we will stick with other Indian favourites in the neighbourhood

The food itself was good but not outstanding. The chicken biryani did not have very much chicken and the paneer dish did not have much paneer.

Flavours were great and I appreciated the option to choose levels of spicing. The sauce for chicken saag was perfect - the chicken was moist ant tender - unfortunately there was very little chicken relative to the amount of sauce.
